Hi, I’m Lenneke, a Dutch photographer and art director based between Germany and the Netherlands, but working all over the world.

Photography became a way for me to slow down. I’m a person who is always moving, curious, and always has a project to work on, so I found in photography a reason to pause, to observe what light does to a space, to notice texture, and to truly see the small details and people around me.

My work moves between personal projects and commissioned stories, often created in places that are unfamiliar or new to me. I am drawn to the relationship between people and their surroundings, to atmosphere, and to the beauty of overlooked details.

I work with natural light, colour, and texture, using both analog, digital photography & sometimes video as well.

Collaboration is central to my process. I value trust, curiosity, and genuine connection, whether I’m working with individuals, brands, or spaces.

Recently, I exchanged the high-paced rhythm of Berlin for the calm of the countryside It’s a shift I’ve been craving, more space to think, create, and grow (and maybe grow a garden, too). It also means I’ll have more room to invite others along the way.
